• 1-3 years of experience in Logistics would be an advantage but not required,
  • full PC literacy, MS Excel profficient level is required
  • working knowledge of English is required,

  • Invoicing goods;
  • Customer support;
  • Outbound delievery orders management;
  • Materials data management
  • Support of sales team, pro-forma invoices and offers preparation;
  • Support on office administration issues;
  • Development and maintenance of quality relations with the customers;
  • Samples preparation and shipment;
  • Managing relations with external warehouse:
  • Checking quality of the goods
  • Customer claims management
  • Managing relations to transport companies
