The Role:

In this newly created role, we're looking for an Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day smoothness of office and administrative issues.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • You have graduated from a respectable University
  • You have solid experience with the tasks described on Responsibilities or you’re firmly convinced you could manage them without struggling
  • Proven experience with the MS Office package is a must
  • Capable of managing different projects at the same time
  • Fluent in English and Serbian
  • Understanding of financial & crypto markets is a plus though not mandatory
  • Analytical skills with an eye for detail. Capacity to maintain deadlines under control
  • Fast learner and team player


Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring smooth running of the office
  • Managing internal projects (such as team expansions or other HR related activities)
  • Being the first point of contact for staff and visitors
  • Being the point of contact for external partners such as Accountants, Marketing agencies or others
  • Managing supplier contracts, mail, deliveries and the like
  • Ensuring health and safety procedures are up to date and carried out
  • Providing assistance to the team when required
  • Suggesting, developing and implementing processes which facilitate daily operations and onboarding new team members
  • Coach, develop and train the team when necessary
  • Any other office management related activities
  • Entity maintenance: work closely with cross functional teams, e.g. finance, tax and HR to support the business.
