Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) Coordinator *(m/f/d)

Your challenges:

Ensures and implements WSD standards for production equipment, processes and released suppliers
Supports implementation of required structure, resources, know-how, procedures and activities to support production

Ensures:

Machine requirement check
Daily plausibility check of OEE records
Generates OEE downtime report and distributes it to OEE WSD
Maintenances appropriate process relevant documentation
Prepares and executes daily OEE meetings with production and influencing parties
Prepares and monitors weekly OEE meeting
Contributes to the improvement of OEE figures in agreement with Head of Cutting and WPA
Coordinates and follows up (inter-departmental) improvement activities related to OEE
Supports the Head of cutting and WPA in OEE target agreement process
Acts as contact person for central WSD OEE coordinator
Prepares capacity studies, identification of additional need or surplus of equipment
Is responsible for the internal coordination of all topics for machine transfers (incoming, outgoing)
Defines training requirements/refreshments on related OEE topics and trains employees on OEE relevant topics and specific processes
Performs specific tasks within the area of responsibility according to work instructions
Escalates according to defined escalation paths, when needed

Your qualifications:

Minimum IV degree of technical orientation
Skills Computer skills (Microsoft Office and FORS) Advanced knowledge of English
Entrepreneurship, initiative
Ability to work under stress and perform several tasks simultaneously
Strong analytical skills
