Job description:

  • Organizing the daily reservations
  • Executing the reservations and collections in main office
  • Contacting the rental suppliers
  • Organizing presentation of rental services
  • Rental offers preparation
  • Organizing the incoming mail with regards to reservations and rental customers
  • Coordinating the payment and charges for fines on vehicles
  • Receiving and distributing incoming telephone calls
  • Organizing and following up all the forms and documentation needed for the office daily business


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 years of relevant experience
  • Second level education / (SSS)
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent knowledge of English, written and verbal communication
  • Professional, proactive, resourceful, positive, team – oriented attitude
  • Driver's licence – B category
