Head of Technical Maintenance

At your new position you will be leading our technical maintenance department. Your will be responsible for the preventive and ad-hoc maintenance and repair works, the overall work organisation, controlling of executed tasks and investment projects in our commercial and residential properties. The target of your work is an unobstructed function of all technical systems in the buildings. As a Head of Technical Maintenance you will supervise, guide and develop your subordinates. Furthermore, you will be responsible for business development and client acquisition.

Your Profile:

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
  
• More than 5 years of relevant work experience
  
• Knowledge ISO Quality Management Systems is a plus
  
• Excellent knowledge of verbal and written English, advanced PC literacy is a must
  
• Sound knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations
  
• Practical, flexible and innovative approach to work
  
• Developed interpersonal and communication skills
  
• The ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
  
• Team work skills and the ability to lead and motivate others
  
• Problem solving skills
  
• Valid Driving license
