Requirements:
- University or College degree
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Previous experience in customer service is a must
- High level of proficiency in English
- Strong computer skills, advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience with CRM is an advantage
Main responsibilities:
- Analysis and monitoring of the entire Contact Centre campaign processes
- Provide technical QA support on custom programs and executions
- Generating and reviewing daily/weekly campaign reports to track performance against targets
- Monitor campaign delivery via supporting Contact Centre and serving systems for quality assurance/quality control and to ensure campaigns are running as agreed
- Monitor performance of campaigns against current targets and provide recommendations as to how to maximize the ROI
- Conduct real-time analysis of campaign workflow behaviour to drive optimizations in current and future campaigns
- Focusing on KPI’s achievements and preparation of periodic KPI reports
- Support CRM activities, making sure they are aligned with business requirements
- Manage delivery and campaign pacing and identify when to escalate issues
- Cultivate positive business relationships with all team members and assist them according to business needs
- Managing agents working time and plan activities accordingly
- Closely collaborates with CCC Management team in order to improve existing workforce and campaign procedures, daily results and KPI statistics

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
