Your main responsibilities would be:
- preparare, organize and conduct trainings for new agents
- preparation, organization and implementation of refresher training, as well as individual counseling sessions (coaching)
- monitoring and evaluation of new hires
- preparation of reports and reporting on conducted trainings and sessions
- attending meetings with the client to receive the necessary training and information
- preparation and production of training manuals
- regular communication with project employees regarding new procedures, as well as ensuring that the knowledge base is up-to-date
- preparation of weekly, monthly and annual training plans
- analysis and continuous improvement of agents' performance and results at the individual and team level, with the creation of proposals for the next steps in improving performance
- presentation of designed and proposed action plans, cooperation with managers, as well as training in the development of defined improvement plans, all with the aim of professional development of agents and continuity of service quality.
- participation in the preparation of the annual training plan in cooperation with the involved sectors
- ensuring compliance with the training processes defined by the company, in accordance with the specified procedures and client values
What are we looking for?
- profieciency in English (C1 level)
- high level of Danish, Swedish, Finnish or Norwegian language
- proven previous experience in customer support industry (2+ years)
- previous experience in travel experience industry would be an advantage
- work experience in a non-CSR role is and advantage, but not mandatory
- great communication and organizational skills
- orientation towards teamwork and knowledge sharing
- high level of organization, independence in work and recognition of priorities
