Recruitment Marketing Specialist

Join us as a Recruitment Marketing Specialist!

Your main responsibilities would be:

• Talent Acquisition Strategy and Implementation - you would be part of our Talent Acquisition team working as a team on strategy implementation and optimizing job posting strategies
• Recruitment Marketing and Branding - develop and implement marketing campaigns and manage and promote Transcom's presence on social media
• Candidate Attraction Initiatives and Materials - use of specific programs and creation of content used to source candidates
• Market Research and Analysis - staying informed about external factors and identifying new opportunities for recruitment (research market trends, competitor landscape, and potential partnerships to recommend new ways to attract candidates)
• Performance Measurement and Budget Management - measure, analyze, and report on campaign and source effectiveness, make data driven recommendations and monitor and control the monthly recruitment advertising budget

What are we looking for?

• Knowledge of English language (C1/C2)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• At least 1 year of work experience in marketing
• Previous experience in professional work with Canva, Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin
• Attention to detail and the ability to identify patterns and trends
• Good knowledge of market and social media trends
• Ability to work from our office in Belgrade
