Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Spanish.
  • Provide solutions and information regarding the company’s products and services.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and friendly communication.
  • Monitor and record customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to efficiently resolve customer requests.


Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of the Spanish language.
  • Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is an advantage (but not mandatory).
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving attitude.
  • Basic computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
