Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Spanish.
- Provide solutions and information regarding the company’s products and services.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and friendly communication.
- Monitor and record customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to efficiently resolve customer requests.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of the Spanish language.
- Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is an advantage (but not mandatory).
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
