Tracking Specialist/Coordinator

Job Description:

• Monitoring and tracking shipments to ensure timely pick-up and delivery
• Proactively identifying and resolving issues that may arise during transit
• Communicating with drivers, dispatchers, and customers to provide updates and address concerns
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of shipment status and updates
• Collaborating with other departments to optimize workflow and improve efficiency
• Working in three shifts on a 24/7 schedule to cover all operational hours

Requirements:

• Fluency in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus)
• One year experience in USA trucking track and trace
• Excellent communication skills and a positive "can-do" attitude
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Flexibility to work in three shifts on a 24/7 schedule
• Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Team player mentality with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues
• Must be able to work from our office; no remote work options available
