Industrial Engineer (m/f)

Job description:

• Implementation of established engineering principles and development of innovative solutions and new approaches for solving engineering problems in order to determine the sequence of steps or processes required to make products that meet the quality standards of the organization
• Analyzing the existing production processes, analyzing product specifications, parts drawings and other engineering data in order to make recommendations for a change in working methods that will reduce the risks, costs and losses in the production processes and increase productivity, quality and consistency of the final product
  
• Implementation of standard technical calculations (time estimation, load and capacity of equipment) and preparation of operational standard reports
  
• Monitoring the production process and working methods, collecting, compiling and analyzing production data in order to identify the possibilities for improving the production process. Preparation of reports on production processes and methods
  
• Planning, organizing and implementing changes in the organization of production lines
  
• Solving production problems by using engineering methods to solve production problems (Ishikawa, Pareto)
  

Required qualification:

• University degree (Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering or other technical field of study)
  
• Experience in engineering or production, minimum 1 year
  
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
  
• Knowledge of German - optional
  
• Familiar with Microsoft Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  
• Practiced AutoCAD skills
  
• SAP user (or other ERP system) – optional
  
• Basic LEAN, KAIZEN, PFMEA, PPAP knowledge
  
• Good communication skills and team orientation
  
• Opened, straight forward person
