MEDIOR ASSOCIATE – FP&A & CONTROLLING

THE ROLE

This is not a “fill in the template” role. You’ll own budgets, build models that actually get used, and track what’s moving the needle for international clients — sitting at the table where decisions are made, not just reported on.

You will collaborate with senior finance professionals and directly contribute to client decision-making processes across multiple industries.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Build financial models, forecasts, and budgets that drive real decisions
• Deliver monthly management reports and sharp variance analysis
• Track KPIs and spot trends before they become problems
• Support FP&A and controlling processes across multiple industries
• Push automation and smarter reporting — because manual is never the answer
• Work with real business problems — and real people who care about the answers

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, audit, or corporate finance
• Excel you can rely on without thinking twice
• A brain wired for “why”, not just “what” — strong understanding of financial statements and business drivers
• Strong English communication skills — you’ll use them every day
• Detail-oriented, structured, proactive — you take ownership, not just instructions
• BI tools experience is a plus
