• Providing to customers all information in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
  • Update and maintain internal databases with all data regarding customers and their requires
  • Document and report on customer feedback to improve the customer experience
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Identify customer service issues and suggest improvements
  • Close cooperation with other departments within company

Candidate’s profile:

  • Minimum secondary education (IV degree)
  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role preferred
  • Fluent in Serbian and Slovenian
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Customer - oriented
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Polite and kind person
