Job description and responsibilities:

  • Identifying new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services
  • Meeting with clients, understanding their needs and responding effectively
  • Writing client contracts and developing sales strategies
  • Discussing promotional strategies and activities with marketing department
  • Good understanding of businesses products and services and advising others about them
  • Cooperating with all in-house teams
  • Attending seminars, conferences and events, keeping up with trends and changes in the construction


Requirements:

  • University degree in Civil Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development in construction industry is a must
  • Proven ability to assess and respond to RFQs / RFPs, NDAs and contracts
  • Previous experience in tender processes, building and managing personal relationships with clients
  • Proficiency in English language (spoken and written), German language is a plus
  • Excellent computer skills
  • A highly motivated individual, persistence, hardworking and determined
  • Required skill set: communication, presentation, organization, collaboration and negotiation
  • Experienced driver (B license)
