Talent Acquisition Specialist (English language) m/ž

Join us as a Talent Acquisition Specialist!

Your main responsibilities would be:

• CV screening
• Monitor candidate inflow in our ATS
• ATS and document administration
• Conduct initial interviews with candidates
• Database management and talent pool search
• Providing relocation information and support to candidates
• Job posting
• Research of new job posting and candidate attraction options
• Interview coordination and providing feedback

What are we looking for:

• Excellent knowledge of English language
• Minimum of 6-12 months experience in recruitment
• Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage but not mandatory
• Adaptability and ability to independently execute tasks
• Advanced level of communication skills
• Good time management skills
