Senior Team Leader (Italian Speaking)

Join us as a Senior Team Leader!

Your main responsibilities would be to:

• Teach by example
• Be an expert in monitoring and evaluating the quality of work of your team members
• Provide daily mentoring and coaching for your team members
• Adapt your management style to individual's needs
• Ensure a high degree of motivation in the team
• Take responsibility for the team’s performance and work
• Create an environment suitable for success by promoting and recognizing each person’s initiatives and efforts
• Continuously educate and coach your team member with the goal of achieving targets and expectations
• Set individual goals for each team members
• Monitor the work of agents and ensures a prompt feedback
• Successfully coordinate tasks and responsibilities to different stakeholders (team members, overheads, clients).

What we are looking for:

• Previous team leadership experience is required (3+ years)
• Necessary experience in the call centre experience
• Fluency in Italian and English (min C1 for both) is required
• Minimum studies: Compulsory Secondary Education; further education is an advantage
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
• Strong IT skills
