Sales Trainer with German language (Whitegoods industry)

Join us as a Sales Trainer!

Your main responsibilities would include:

• Training & Onboarding: Delivering new hire warranty sales, refresher, product & processes, and sales execution training (handling objections and closing deals).
• Targeted Coaching: Providing individual, performance-driven coaching, coaching for agents with lower performance, best practice sharing and performance improvement plans.
• Performance Analysis: Partnering with QA and operations to evaluate conversion rates, identify objection patterns, sales gaps and isolate high-performing sales behaviors.
• Continuous Improvement: Keeping training materials updated with market-specific insights and sharing best practices across different markets together with identifying recurring customer objections.

• Monthly bonuses up to 200 EUR net

What are we looking for:

• Excellent knowledge of German language (C2 level).
• Excellent knowledge of English language (minimum B2 level).
• You are able to work from our office at least 30% of the time.
• Prior experience in Contact Center (experience in white goods industry would be considered an advantage)
• Great communication and organizational skills.
• Orientation towards teamwork and knowledge sharing.
• High level of organization, independence and priority setting.
