What are we looking for?

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Prior experience with Smartsheets and Google Suite
  • 1+ years of project management experience leading and managing business projects
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service and contact center support
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Advanced knowledge of written and spoken (Business) English
  • A good level of Italian is preferable
  • Project Management Certification is a plus (PMP, Six Sigma, or equivalent)

  • Able to keep calm and act with equanimity when working under pressure and deadlines
