Silver Bell Group is a dynamic fast-expanding outsourcing company where recruitment is an operational driver and not just a support function. We support 50+ international clients across different industries by building, managing and leading teams for them.

In this role, you will play a key part in engaging with both existing and prospective clients, presenting financial products and services in a clear, confident, and professional manner. Your primary focus will be outbound communication—building strong client relationships, identifying customer needs through a consultative approach, and offering tailored solutions that contribute to business growth while ensuring a positive customer experience.


Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers
  • Communicate with clients in English, providing clear and professional information
  • Present products and services, and identify sales opportunities
  • Perform cross-selling and up-selling activities
  • Provide high-quality customer support and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Handle inbound calls generated from outbound campaigns
  • Achieve monthly KPIs related to sales and service performance


What We Are Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, telemarketing, or a contact center
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems (experience with Salesforce is a plus – training provided)
  • Availability for shift work (full-time)
  • Goal-oriented mindset and motivation to work in a performance-driven environment
