Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support in Ukrainian through chat and email
  • Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product-related questions
  • Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and friendly communication


Requirements:

  • Fluent Ukrainian (written and spoken)
  • Intermediate English level
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • Previous experience in customer support or similar roles is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
