Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support in Ukrainian through chat and email
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product-related questions
- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and friendly communication
Requirements:
- Fluent Ukrainian (written and spoken)
- Intermediate English level
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Previous experience in customer support or similar roles is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
