ICT Support

YOUR TASKS

• You are responsible for supporting the 1st level support on site
• You are support of the IT landscape (production and office area)
• You are in charge of execution of IT projects in time and scope as well as further development of the IT landscape (Windows environment)
• You have the role of communicative interface between the team in Serbia and Basel
• You represent IT on site, contact person for the IT staff in Serbia

YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed professional training in information technology
• You have professional experience in a similar function as IT support
• Your customer- and solution-oriented way of working is rounded off by a level-appropriate communication style
• You have good planning and organizational skills
• You have experience in the installation and configuration of Windows systems (server and client), as well as network components (switch, firewall, access points, etc.)
• You are a flexible, resilient and persevering personality
• You have a good skill of written and spoken English
• You have a good skill of written and spoken German
• You are willing to travel to Switzerland
