About the role

Under the broad direction of the HR Manager, the Performance Coordinators are responsible for coaching and supporting the performance of employees within Quiddity. They work closely with the HR Manager and leadership team to help each team member deliver their best and ensure that team members challenges are directed and communicated to the right channels until a resolution is achieved.


The Performance Coordinator will perform the following duties:

  • Supporting Team members to succeed and enjoy their role
  • Hold 30 minute Monthly Touch Point Meetings with Team members, following a trained structure
  • Taking detailed meeting notes and fulfilling all documentation requirements
  • Supporting the development of employee goals for annual performance appraisals which align with the organisations goals and values
  • Working closely with and informing the Management Team about anything related to a Team members career development
  • Managing the information received from Performance Log
  • Managing the information received from Weekly Reflection
  • Coordinate the data of completed Performance Log and Weekly reflection and delivering quarterly performance report to HR Manager
  • Providing Feedback to Team members based on the feedback received through Performance Log on their performance
  • Adding entries to the performance log as required
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Educating team members about company policy and procedures
  • Escalating with relevant department if any actions are required
  • Preparing annual performance reports
  • Coordinate and ensure that all items that require action are resolved
  • Ensure up-to-date information is provided to team members
  • Provide operational support, including coordinating and arranging meeting dates, sending invites, and reminder for team members to prep for TP meetings, establishing meeting agenda if it’s required.
  • Work closely with the Learning and Development Manager to identify training needs and areas for improvement
  • Manage communication between Management Team and Team Member.
  • Manage and motivate staff to ensure the department runs to optimum efficiency
  • Building and leading an effective team by motivating and supporting individuals ensuring good team member relations and operating within the framework of Quiddity company policies and procedures.
  • Keeping Internal portals up to date
  • Maintaining confidentiality as per company policy
  • Support performance management with the HR Manager


The ideal candidate will have/are:

  • HR experience preferred
  • Accounts experience beneficial
  • Admin and managerial experience preferred
  • Good knowledge of English, both verbal and written
  • Personal coaching experience beneficial
  • Available full-time Monday to Friday 08:30am – 04:30pm
  • Experience leading and managing large teams
  • Tech Savvy - can pick up systems quickly
  • Basic computer software skills (e.g. MS Office, Gmail)
  • Happy disposition, honest, dedicated, and reliable
  • Willingness to learn and develop into broader job scope
