• Make guests feel comfortable, welcome and taken care of throughout their stay at the hotel
  • Superb product knowledge at all times
  • Cashiering, check in, check out, answering phone calls, managing reservations, complaint handling
  • Upsell when appropriate
  • Maintain excellent timely communication with every hotel department
  • Other duties, as required

Profile and requirements:

  • Welcoming personality
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm and “can do” attitude
  • Professional and friendly behaviour: able to work in a team, proactive, courteous, dynamic, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment...
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • Previous experience in high end hospitality is an asset
