WHAT will you be doing:

  • Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls, posts, and other documentation
  • Cooperation with all departments, providing administrative support
  • Naming and archiving internal and external documentation on Share Point portal
  • Creating and monitoring procedures for record-keeping
  • Ensuring the security, integrity, and confidentiality of data
  • Welcoming and serving business partners
  • Organization of meeting rooms and events
  • Organizing and serving food and beverages for management meetings


WHAT we expect from you:

  • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Orientation to details
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Intermediate English user
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Team spirit
