As German company for medical devices, ranking among the top companies in its field, we want to expand our Logistics department to support our international sales structure with offices in Germany, Turkey and Serbia and their worldwide customers. Therefor we are looking for a new team member for the position of Logistics Administrator in our facilities in Nis, Serbia.

If you are passionate in administration work, with precise results and if you dispose of a structured work method, you are very welcome.

As an Administrator you do the online applications for customs clearance and foreign trade certificates in the system of the German customs authority and IHK. Also you do the requests and negotiations for transport costs with the forwarding companies. You will work in integrated teams of our Logistics department in Germany and your target is to prepare all processes and documents. Documentation needed for each phase will be aligned with the Sales department and the Logistics department.

Excellent German language skills are needed. Ideally you have already some knowledge and experience in administration while specific logistics knowledge is not mandatory.

You will get detailed trainings at the start for all your tasks.


Responsibilities of the Administrator in the Logistics department:

  • Calculate packing details for transports per sales order request
  • Request transport costs from forwarding companies
  • Create invoices and delivery notes from sales orders in ERP system
  • Create applications for the export customs clearance in the online system
  • Create applications for the foreign trade certificates in the online system
  • Monitor status of online applications to ensure documentation is available according to schedule
  • Communicate with all external partners like customs authorities, IHK and forwarding companies
  • Serve as an interface between internal departments Sales and Logistics


Required Skills/Qualification:

  • Ideally - experience with administration tasks
  • Ideally – experience with customs clearance
  • Ideally – experience with transport organization
  • Ability to work with computer and online systems
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Independent working and problem-solving and responsible attitude
  • Good team-player and communicator, also able to work independently
  • Fluency in German language
