Your challenges:

  • Leading the team of people in HR responsible for learning and development
  • Ensuring planning, implementation and improvement of training and development methods and processes
  • Taking decisions within the area of responsibility
  • Planning and providing tools and skills for the specific roles within HR department
  • Driving delivery of Training services as defined in department/team scope and yearly operational department/team plans
  • Managing and monitoring induction trainings (planning, logistics, training conduction)
  • Supporting regular needs based on training needs analysis and elaboration of suitable training programs
  • Developing set-up and conducting trainings in defined areas (training curriculum definition, training content/material creation, conduction and monitoring)
  • Supporting management and communication to internal & external trainer pool
  • Provision of advice and subject matter expertise in the area of training, within HR community and towards the business
  • Ensure adherence to globally defined policies, processes, tools and frameworks
  • Ensuring accurate & compliant data quality for all training related data, regular maintenance and required cleansing of data according to global/local rules defined
  • Preparation of regular ad-hoc analysis / reports / presentations
  • Supporting / leading according to global request and local initiatives and roll-ins of training and related programs, policies, processes, projects
  • Continuous improvement of training processes and tools in the area of responsibility, implementing innovative best practices within HR and towards the business; focus on support of business

Your qualifications:

  • University Degree in social sciences
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR Training & Development area
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience on leadership roles within HR area
  • Self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented
  • Responsibility, systematic and structural approach, proactivity
  • Teamwork capabilities, reliable planning with deadline
  • Ready to work under pressure
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent in the use of MS Office
  • Key Job Skills:
    • Adult Learning Theory, E-learning Concepts, Skills and Competency Modeling, Training design, planning and management, Leadership Development program
  • Preferred Methods and Tools:
    • Standards and Procedures, Cost Benefit Analysis, Facilitation, Performance Indicators, Project Management, Continuous Improvement Techniques
