Project Coordinator (Site Malosiste) *(m/f/d)

Your challenges:

• Develop, facilitate and manage the implementation of project plans within the agreed project scope
•  Analysis and assess project performance, capacity and demand data to inform changes to project plans
• Identify and assess the benefits and risks associated with the project
• Develop and manage measures for correction in case of plan deviation
• Responsibility for budget, quality control and LPS plus
• Manage employees and their motivation (providing training, work organization and jobs, control tasks of individual workers…)
• Liaise with all relevant internal teams, structures and departments as appropriate to promote awareness and delivery of projects
• Ensure final project reports and subsequent recommendations are completed

• Compliance with applicable legislation and regulations and regulations of company

Your qualifications:

• Minimum VI level of education (engineer electronics /mechanics)
•  Minimum 2 years of similar relevant experience
•  Knowledge of change management processes
•  Appropriate knowledge of MS office programs and relevant IT programs
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented
• Responsibility, systematic and structural approach, proactivity
• Teamwork capabilities, reliable planning with deadline
• Fluent in English
• Excellent in the use of MS Office
• Ability to work flexibly according to the requirements of the role
• Ability to meet deadlines and priorities a varied and substantial workload
