Your challenges:

  • Business partnering for defined organizationai scope
  • Consulting and advice to the business, covering all topics along the HR alue Chain in accordance with business plans and objectives defined
  • Acting as a HR Business Partner to assigned area and to be the contact person for all HR related matters
  • Anticipating the recruitment needs by targeting the necessary skills for current and future projects
  • Contributing to definition of the headcount needs in the budget
  • Consolidating and monitoring the headcount plan in the country to optimize resources
  • Providing the best solution in terms of labor (availability, qualification, costs etc.) and providing accuracy and consistent data to business leaders
  • Ensuring the competence prerequisites and onboarding of new employees
  • Managing employee life cycle of all employees in assigned area
  • Supporting management of employee life cycle (N-1, N-2, expatriates) by legal management (e.g. contracts, payroll, administration etc.)
  • Contributing to identification of key and talented people and ensuring a coaching and mentoring program
  • Coaching and providing guidance to management on leadership. people management skills and responsibilities, challenge them and act as their sounding board
  • Advising criterion of high performance teams and supporting their development
  • Ensuring adherence to globally defined policies, processes, tools and frameworks
  • Ensuring accurate & compliant data quality for HR related data in area of responsibility, regular maintenance and required cleansing of data according to global/local rules defined
  • Preparation of regular ad-hoc analysis / reports / presentations
  • Supporting / leading upon request global and local initiatives and roll-ins of HR programs, policies, processes, projects
  • Continuous improvement of HR processes and tools in the area of responsibility, implementing innovative best practices within HR and towards the business and focusing on support of business

Your qualifications:

  • University Degree in social Sciences
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in HR area
  • Project Management experience is a plus
  • Seif- motivated, proactive and results oriented
  • Responsibility, systematic approach and proactivity
  • Ability to plan, evaluate and escalate accurately
  • Solid business awareness
  • Continuous improvement mindset and customer oriented approach
  • Ready to work under pressure
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent in the use of MS Office
