Head of Production Process Engineering Plant Malosiste

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Leading activities of process technology, planned and unplanned maintenance of production equipment and installation
Planning, organization and implementation of production equipment installation with setting-up production process parameters
Validation and approval of production equipment
Leading maintenance activities along expanses control of spare parts
Control of all expenses of production process engineering according to approved budget
Organization of work of entire PPE department according to IATF 16949 standards requirements
Implementation and control of project actions
Implementation and control of trainings of production process engineering team members
Responsibility for achieving goals (KPI) of production process engineering
Control of work flow and tasks within PPE team members
Coordination and implementation of TPM activities (Total Productivity Management)
Continuous improvement of processes, availability and performances of production equipment

Required qualifications:

Minimum College degree with technical background (preferably electro technical or mechanical)
Advanced knowledge and use of English language
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience on engineering positions in automotive industry
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience on leaders positions in automotive industry
Responsibility, proactivity and systematic approach
Ability to develop employees and cooperation across departments
Team orientation and motivation of employees
Willing to work under pressure
Knowledge of LEAN methodology and continuous improvement tools
