Head of LPSplus Plant Prokuplje

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Defines and updates the work instructions for Employee Continuous Improvement Process in the site
Assures the organization set-up needed to run CI in the site
Communicates permanently to LPSplus Manager Methods Deployment: lessons learnt of methods deployment, new ones, best practices, ideas to improve…
Works closely with Management team to deliver all needed communications, explanations and support to ensure that LPSplus deployment is aligned with WSD LPSplus requirements and standards
Mobilizes the organization through Campaigns to participate in Employee CI, Management CI, Process Excellence
Prepares LPSplus related communication plan , ensures LPSplus “Marketing” (e.g. advertising, visualisation)
Follows up the MM CI Workshops and escalate if necessary, ensures monthly report of the results
Trains and coaches the management positions on CI
Defines and implements CI training plans
Assures employee qualification in CI methods and tools
Develops CI Mindset/culture in the plant
Organizes and realizes the internal LPSplus Result Checks

Required qualifications:

Minimum College degree with technical background
Advanced knowledge and use of English language
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience on engineering positions in automotive industry
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience on leaders positions in automotive industry
Responsibility, proactivity and systematic approach
Ability to develop employees and cooperation across departments
Team orientation and motivation of employees
Willing to work under pressure
Knowledge of LEAN methodology and continuous improvement tools
