  • A Bachelor's/Master's degree graduate in Information Technology, Computers, Electronics Engineering or related field

Basic Responsibilities:

  • Taking calls, emails, chat and resolving or troubleshooting
  • 1st or 2nd line technical support as per SLA
  • Preferred experience in banks, IT industry, financial companies, airlines and the like
  • Other information to be discussed during the interviews if you are selected for the next round
