Project Manager

(Belgrade Office & Ruma Construction Site)

(after the plant construction and according to one’s performance, possible promotion to Plant and Equipment Maintenance Manager)

Job Responsibilities:

• Cooperation with the bidding company; responsibility for the bidding and tender work in the early stage of plant construction
• Comprehensively follow up the construction progress of the plant, communicate with construction and supervision companies in a timely manner, and ensure that the project is completed according to schedule
• Responsibility for the quality and safety of the construction site, as well as site construction supervision
• Communication with the local government to ensure that technical acceptance is completed accordingly
• Communication with the Designer; timely communication reg. drawing problems during the construction process
• Check BOQ’s and make sure the amount for payment is correct;
  
• Organise regular meetings with the Designer and others to communicate and timely solve problems that arise during the construction process

Job Requirements:

• Familiarity with the following aspects of factory project (progress, quality, safety and technical management)
• Experience in factory construction management;
  
• Good communication skills and proactive work approach;
  
• Bachelor degree or above, major in civil engineering, project management, etc.
