CAD Designer / Technician

Job Description

Our subsidiary in Belgrade now offers an interesting career opportunity.

The CAD Designer /Technician should give support with:

• Wide range of drawings (civil, electrical, etc.) during the different phases of planning, permitting, construction and operation,
  
• Utilize the company's document and drawing management systems to manage internal and external documents,
  
• Maintaining wind turbine specifications and other databases,
  
• Perform electrical loss calculations,
  
• Set up projects for specialized wind software such as WindPro, Windplanner, Geomilieu (for noise modelling),
  
• Provide general technical support to the team.
  

We'll get you there step by step, so you quickly learn the interesting and complex development and construction process. You are responsible for carrying out the work in accordance with the agreed contract and the associated budget and work schedule. You will be supported by a professional and experienced team.

Your profile

• English language - excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  
• You have a very good knowledge of and affinity with AutoCAD with proven experience.
  
• Strong knowledge of drafting standards, revisions, layer and layouts management, drawing scales as they relate to text, dimensions, lines, viewports, plotting and plot scales, etc., cross-sections and profiles and symbols.
  
• You have a degree in an engineering discipline.
  
• Good electrical and/or civil design fundamentals are a plus.
  
• Preferably you have a few years of work experience (international experience is an advantage), starters are invited to apply.
  
• You have a passion for sustainability and renewable energy.
  
• You have strong computer literacy skills.
  
• You are energetic, flexible, proactive and entrepreneurial.
  
• You are strong in the following competencies: Reliable, Discipline, Orderly, Thoughtful, Honest and Ambitious.
  
• You have good social and communication skills and enjoy working in an international environment with the typical cultural differences.
  
• You are ready for the regular trips, every 1.5-2 months, to the Netherlands offices and project specific locations.
