Duties and Responsibilities

  • Participation in expanding the network of contacts in a predetermined geographical area through regular market surveys
  • Conducting regular campaigns to attract new clients
  • Conduct regular campaigns to serve current clients of the company
  • Building and managing lasting relationships with key clients
  • Organizing meetings with key companies in order to get to know and offer the services of the company
  • Participate in negotiating the terms of working with clients
  • Preparation of offers, contracts and company presentations
  • Excellent knowledge of the services offered by the company
  • Establishing a liaison between recruitment officers within the company and clients
  • Preparation of weekly reports and analyses of activities according to the requirements of the direct manager
  • Knowledge and implementation of all principles and company policies for customer service
  • Responsibility for the confidentiality of information provided by and to clients of the company


  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Experience in IT industry is a plus
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
  • Excellent organizational skills
