We are looking for the Digital Marketing Specialist who is a talented digital marketer with experience in the health, wellness and/or medical industries. This individual will be responsible for writing ad network, SEM compliant messaging, conceptualizing designs, and creating digital marketing funnels in collaboration with the marketing team to concept cohesive, results-oriented digital advertising, email communications, and inbound marketing campaigns for the Vibrant Skin brands targeting their designated consumer markets.
The ideal candidate must be a highly creative and energetic marketer with plenty of market-centric, beauty, health, and wellness industry vision. They should be willing to actively search for new opportunities and solutions to create and execute critical marketing and branding initiatives. They will bring with them a proven ad network portfolio of compelling, contemporary designs, optimized content, and messaging for the on and offline global, regional, and targeted markets. Must have experience producing PPC, SEM, Funneling, Lead Nurturing, Marketing Automation, Retargeting campaigns; electronic newsletters, email marketing, sales nurturing email programs, and additional digital based communications campaigns; to drive continued success and conversions through web tactics.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Comprehend and research categories, products, customers, and business goals
- Develop an acute understanding of the personas of customers and understand their needs
- Conceptually develop, design, and execute optimized SEM and PPC campaigns, including but not limited to landing page, website, banner advertising, email and various other types of digital marketing and ad network campaigns
- Work with the Vibrant Skin Marketing team to develop campaign concepts and strategies for product funnels.
- Research, plan, build, execute and manage email marketing campaigns for all areas of the business including patient lead generation, customer base product and treatment communications, product and promotional engagement, appointment lead nurturing, and subscriber list campaigns.
- Develop and support action plans for marketing and sales drip email and website funnel programs to deliver a continuous flow of high-quality patient appointment leads through various activities, including but not limited to:
- Lead Passing: Coordinate the passing of leads between the Docovia, OmniSend, WooCommerce, web forms and Mindbody CRM systems.
- Reporting: Work with Marketing Manager to create reports for all campaign initiatives.
- Outbound: Coordinate and manage other outbound prospecting through direct email campaigns, research and update missing contact data for prospect mailing lists.
- Lists: Build and segment leads, account base and channel partner lists for efficient and effective campaign trending.
- Build, SEO, QA/test and analyze campaign/assets using required marketing systems (Docovia, OmniSend, WooCommerce, Web Forms, Mindbody, etc.)
- Create, deliver, edit, and optimize marketing materials.
- Ensure that marketing strategies and deliverables are consistent with Brand Standards.
- Establish and maintain day-to-day communications with marketing and business team members, and project stakeholders to ensure that digital marketing deadlines are met.
- Keeps supervisor(s) informed and notified when digital design production issues arise.
Key Skills:
- University degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or equivalent education or experience.
- 3+ years’ experience in Digital Marketing and Communications.
- Experience in the Health, Wellness, Aesthetics or Medical Technologies preferred.
- Applied and portfolio experience developing creative messaging and content development for online marketing campaigns, including SEM, PPC, and Retargeting campaigns.
- Understanding of email platform functionality, data integration, CAN-SPAM and CASL compliance, and best practices.
- Experience building campaigns in various digital Ad networks including, but not limited to the Google Ads, Google My Business, Facebook Business, and Instagram Store platforms
- Track KPIs, analyze web traffic metrics, and provide recommendations and useful reports for management
- Proficient with Google Ads, Analytics and Webmaster Tools
- Google Analytics and GTM tracking skills (tagging and setup)
- Proficient SEO and Link Building skills
- Experience with OmniSend or similar Marketing Automation System considered a great plus
- Knowledge of CSS and HTML considered a plus
- Working knowledge of inbound marketing methodology or marketing automation systems, a plus
- Fluency in written and spoken English
