THE ROLE

This is not a “watch and wait” role. From day one, you’ll be hands-on — supporting real budgets, real clients, and real decisions. You’ll learn fast, contribute early, and have every opportunity to prove what you’re made of.

You will work closely with senior finance professionals, learn from them daily, and directly support client-facing work across multiple industries.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Support the preparation of financial models, forecasts, and budgets
• Assist in preparing monthly management reports and variance analysis
• Track KPIs and business performance across international clients
• Support FP&A and controlling processes across multiple industries
• Contribute to reporting improvements and automation initiatives
• Go the extra mile — because here, that effort is always seen and rewarded

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 1–2 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, audit, or corporate finance
• Solid Excel skills and a genuine love for numbers
• Curiosity and eagerness to understand the “why” behind the numbers
• Good English communication skills — written and spoken
• Eager to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility over time
• BI tools experience is a plus, but not required
