Cleaning coordinator

For the cleaning of the brand-new Galerija Shopping Mall, we would like to set up the following vacant position at the next possible date:

REQUIREMENTS:

Your Profile:

• More than 2 years of experience in similar position, University degree is a plus
  
• Excellent knowledge of verbal and written English is a must
  
• PC literacy is a must
  
• Strong organizational skills, people management and ability to work in an international team environment
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  
• Reliability and high work motivation
  
• Ready to continuously improve knowledge
  
• Driving license B is mandatory
  

At your new position you will be in charge for the operation of the cleaning services in the new shopping mall. You will manage cleaning teams, control service delivery, order supplies and prepare reports.
