• University degree, preferable in HR
  • 3+ years of working experience in recruiting cleaning and technical personnel
  • Excellent knowledge of verbal and written English, Advanced PC literacy is a must
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in an international environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Independent and analytical thinking
  • Reliability, high work motivation and cultivated appearance
  • Ready to continuously improve knowledge
  • Ability to propose improvement solutions for HR department


  • Regular recruiting activities
  • Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.
  • Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
  • Screening resumes
  • Managing database of candidates & recruiting
  • Performing reference and background checks
  • Completing timely reports on employment activity
  • Preparation and implementation of HR procedures and policies in accordance with labour law and company vision
