Essential requirements:

  • University degree (Social sciences)
  • Previous work experience in similar role
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadline
  • Teamwork
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluent in English language


Other:

  • Experience in automotive industry will be an asset
  • Train the trainer course


Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identifying needs and creating training plans for non-operational positions
  • Developing and organizing trainings for hard and soft skills
  • Supporting development of training materials
  • Updating the training data and the training evaluation information in the HR system
  • Identifying training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses
  • Building annual training program and preparing training schedules
