Manager for cutting and crimping area

Requests:

• University degree - technical background,
• Minimum 5 years of experience on similar positions
• Ability to manage a group of people, work with PC, technical thinking, ability to solve problems, English advanced level.

Duties:

• Within the framework of the established production program, satisfies the clients' commitments by strictly respecting the working processes, production guidelines and regulations.
• Takes overall quality of zero defect as its goals. It oversees the correct application of auto control operations
• Trains his subordinates in improving 5S skills, auto controls and helps them.
• Respects the preventive maintenance schedule and facilitates maintenance interventions
• Organizes work with respect to defined times, labor reduction, prioritizing pro work attention, facilitating auto control and remove working progress.
• Checks production times and shows differences.
• Takes care of distributing the necessary production documentation, material identity and operations with those, which are mentioned in the documentation.
• Takes care of submitting the results of auto controls and sampling.
• Prevents deviations, stops any production until its quality is mastered.
• Oversee respect for discipline and safety regulations.
