Head of Maintenance

Requirements:

• University degree in Electrical Engineering (Automation)
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of relevant working experience
• PC skills
• Fluent knowledge of the English language
• Clean driving licence, active driver

Main responsibilities:

• Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
• In charge of planned and intervening maintenance
• Ensure operational efficiency of electrical equipment and mechanical systems through timely inspection and repair
• Allocate workload and supervise upkeep of staff
• Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
• Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
• Coordinating the planning and management of the investment budget for production equipment replacements
• Creating specific local work instructions
