Controller/Teseo manager-a

We’re seeking a controller with at least 5 years of experience in industrial controlling end ERP systems to oversee the figures of our industrial unit, and manage the reporting to the mother company. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience as a cost controller and administration, ideally in an industry within an International Group. As a strong communicator, this person will streamline our budgeting, industrial and financial reporting processes reporting directly to the CEO. The controller will also produce thorough Industrial and financial-status reports for senior managers and to the mother Company to help improve our operational efficiency and aid in our continued growth. He will also supervise the ERP systems management and development, in cooperation with the software house teams.

Objectives of this role

• Collect, analyze and provide comprehensive financial, commercial, HR and industrial updates to senior managers by evaluating, analyzing, and reporting appropriate data points, and reporting coming from the departments.
  
• Support financial decisions by applying company policies and procedures to current economic landscape
  
• Develop, implement, and maintain industiral and financial controls and guidelines.
  
• Support monitoring and achieving budgeting goals with proper scheduling, analysis, and corrective actions
  
• Help to constantly monitor and improve the reporting system.
  
• Supervise the management and developing of the ERP systems.
  
• Help develop and support short and long-term operational strategies
  

Responsibilities

• Maintain internal safeguards for revenue receipts, costs, and team and organizational budgets and actual expenditures.
  
• Establish (in coordination with CFO and Plant Manager) financial, commercial and industrial benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring, and reporting standards on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  
• Implement consistent accounting policies, practices, and procedures across all programs, adhering to corporate, group, national and local legal standards while remaining knowledgeable of proposed legislation
  
• Develop and enforce internal controls to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflows
  
• Support the management in analyzing the planned investments profitability.
  
• Manage the reporting flow from and to the other Companies of the Group, with a focus on the respect of the given timing and quality standards.
  

Required skills and qualifications

• Five or more years of professional industrial controlling/accounting experience
  
• Strong understanding of industrial processes and financial data analysis.
  
• Working knowledge of national and local tax regulations and compliance reporting
  
• Experience in managing industrial reporting within an international group, with focus on streamlining accounting and reporting processes
  

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, accounting, or related field
  
• Five or more years of experience as a controller, accounting or finance manager
