Job Responsibilities:

  • Selling products and services to dealers and end-users
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Expedite the resolution of dealer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the market's potential and track sales
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, interests, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Participation in events and seminars of the company


Your Profile:

  • BA degree in engineering, economy, or agronomy with technical background
  • 3 – 5 years of proven work experience as a sales representative
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and verbal/written communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM practices
  • Highly motivated and target driven
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritization, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Driving licence – active driver
