  • Helping customers to find and book the perfect trip
  • Modifying reservations, handling special request and deifferent situations in booking process
  • Maintain a professional, customer-oriented attitude at all times
  • Respond positively to customers by making reservations for trips accurately and efficiently
  • Foster and maintain a positive working environment


Your profile:

  • Native English speaking and writing skills
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Being accountable for achieving maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Actively participating in various projects within the department, as well as with other teams.
