Your responsibilities:

  • B2B sales
  • Attract and maintain new customers for the company
  • Market acquisition
  • Finding new customers, establishing contact with them and analyzing opportunities for establishing cooperation in the form of providing IT services.
  • Identify up/cross sell opportunities
  • Provide regular interaction with present and future customers to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Engage with customer on how to increase satisfaction and follow up on action plan to continuously improve the customer experience
  • Prepare and plan contract renewal in due time and mobilize the right stakeholders to ensure the client will renew contract
  • Making monthly reports and analyzes of personal sales


Your profile:

  • Bachelor's Degree. Concentration in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field preferred
  • At least 3 years work experience in IT Services Sales
  • Ability to discuss complex software concepts and product capabilities in business relevant manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
