The role: 

  • Support in the area of complaint management after the trip
  • Communication and negotiation of refund amounts with the service providers in our destinations
  • Support in the area of quality (processing of construction site information, hotel changes, etc.)
  • Find fare and schedule information for rebooking
  • Book reservations for travel, flights, hotels and rental cars
  • Support in cancellation of bookings or rebooking
  • Check incoming payments / outstanding payments

  • Good working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office applications
