Required qualifications:

  • University or college degree
  • At least 3 years of working experience on similar position
  • Fluent in English
  • IT Literate
  • Driving license


Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring of the market in the sales territory
  • Active sales of all products in the portfolio
  • Manage relationship with the customers
  • Acquisition of new customers, contract negotiation and improve selling potentials
  • Discuss the client’s needs and suggest how products can meet those needs
  • Make follow-up visits to ensure that products fulfil the customers’ expectations
  • Resolving problems or complaints about the products
  • Supervision of outstanding receivables, limits and customers creditworthiness (information about insurance, guarantees)
  • Initiate and renew Credit Limits for new and existing clients in due time according to existing procedure
  • Insuring the maximum customer satisfaction
  • Analyze sales statistics; prepare reports; and handle administrative duties, such as filing the expense account reports, scheduling appointments, and making travel plans
  • Monitoring the results on a region and on a client level
  • Weekly, monthly sales & costs report to direct superior
  • Implementing the strategy and the respective objectives in cooperation with direct superior
  • Respecting all existing contractual and conditions guidelines
