• In cooperation with our client, we are searching for a Regional Director Assistant who will join their team.
  

Responsibilities:

• Working directly with the director, coordinates with partner relations and supervises daily operations
  
• Assisting in developing and implementing plans and goals for the department
  
• Responsible for developing and implementing sales, marketing, financial and structural strategies
  
• Analyses regional market dynamics in an effort to maximize existing successes and to create new sales growth opportunities
  

Requirements

• Must be adaptable, professional, motivated and work well on their own or as a member of a team
  
• Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• Experience in the Forex industry will be considered an asset
  
• Successful candidate must be able to travel with the director when needed
  
• Multilingual and native in German or Italian
  
• Travel ability is a must
  
• English speaking is a must
