A growing international company in the Online Gaming Industry with a newly established office in Belgrade is looking for a PA/ Office Manager to assist in the company settling. We would be delighted to welcome aboard a go-getting person with great organizational skills and out-of-the-box thinking and work for mutual benefit and success.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in establishing and maintenance of communication with international partners, local business and financial institutions and suppliers
  • Planning, coordinating and suggesting on effectiveness on operation processes
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Preparing, monitoring, translating and responding to emails and correspondence
  • Keep track and remind of crucial tasks and deadlines
  • Perform tasks required to streamline the company’s workflow
  • Contribute into recruitment process
  • Manage the Executive’s personal finance (personal expenses, financial documents flow, communication with banks)
  • Help maintaining local and international projects


Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to details
  • Analytical mindset
  • English level C1
  • Discipline, enthusiasm and good communication skills
  • Proactivity, fast thinking, efficiency and team spirit
