  • Administration of incoming / outgoing documentation and call management
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to maintain an organized office structure
  • Scheduling business trips for company employees (air tickets, accommodation etc.)
  • Communication and document preparation for external accountancy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
  • Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders


  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Integrity and professionalism
  • Fluency in English and Serbian
  • Proficiency in MS Office
